Cancellations & Late Cancellations

We understand that sometimes appointments cannot be attended, but as a courtesy to our therapists and other clients please give us the following notice:
• 24 Hours for appointments under 2 hours
• 48 Hours for Beauty Haven packages and appointments over 2 hours

Cancellation Charges

• Late cancellations (less than required notice): 50% of treatment cost
• No-show (missed appointment): Full treatment cost charged
• You can transfer dates within 48 hours' notice (refunds will incur a transaction fee)

Booking Fees: A booking fee is non-refundable and is required to secure your appointment online. If you have a gift voucher, please contact the salon directly to avoid the booking fee.
