What is Brow Lamination?
Brow lamination is an eyebrow treatment that helps correct the shape of the eyebrow by setting the hairs using a chemical solution. This is done in two steps. Firstly, a cream is applied to break down bonds in the eyebrow hairs allowing manipulation into a new position. Then, another cream is applied to rebuild these bonds and set the brows in their new place.
Is Brow Lamination painful?
No. Clients often find HD BrowSculpt treatments extremely relaxing and completely comfortable.
How long will my brows stay in place for?
HD BrowSculpt can last around 6-8 weeks depending on the quality of your natural brows, and your natural growth cycle.
Is HD BrowSculpt suitable for everyone?
Although HD BrowSculpt is great for many people, its not suitable for everyone. People that have a medical contraindication to the treatment, or have experienced an allergic reaction to the patch test, cannot have the treatment. Pregnant and breastfeeding women cannot have HD BrowSculpt.
How do I care for my brows once I’ve had them done?
You need to take extra care of your brows for the first 24 hours.
- Don’t apply creams to the eye area
- Don’t apply brow products
- Don’t sleep immediately on your eyebrows
- Finally, we recommend you use the nouveau conditioning lash & brow serum daily. This will nourish your brow hairs and keep them supple.
*Please note that patch tests are required for all Tinting/HD Brows/HD BrowSculpt/LVL Lash Treatments at least 24 hours prior to treatment. This is required whether or not you have had these treatments previously at another salon before. This rule is strictly adhered to at all times with no exceptions. Please arrange a convenient time to call into the salon for testing. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays and patch testing cannot be carried out on these days.
