BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We will always try to meet your appointment requests, when your preferred times aren’t available we will offer you our alternatives, or you may choose to join our cancellation list. If an appointment becomes available we will contact you.

To make a reservation using a gift voucher as payment, kindly note that you must contact the salon directly rather than booking online, as online bookings require a booking fee, which is not applicable if you are using a gift voucher. To avoid any inconvenience, don’t hesitate to contact us on 0116 2705374, and we will be more than happy to assist you with your reservation.

Consultations are complimentary and can be booked prior to your treatment to ensure the treatment is suitable for you and there are no contraindications or restrictions.

When booking an appointment please inform us if you are pregnant or have any other condition which may affect your treatment. Please be aware that you will need to come to the salon a minimum of 24hours before your scheduled appointment if a patch test is required. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays and patch testing cannot be carried out on these days.

We advise you to arrive 5/10 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. If you are delayed, we will always try our best to offer you the full treatment, however there may be occasions when this is not possible. Full treatment price will still be charged for shortened treatments in this instance. Although we always try to remain punctual, if we are running a little behind schedule we will contact you to let you know and ensure your full treatment time is given. Please note that all appointment times include changing times.

We are situated on the right hand side of Francis Street as you leave Allandale Road. When you arrive at the salon please come in and wait in reception where you will be greeted by your therapist. If you arrive and the salon entrance is locked, please ring the bell. There are times when all of our therapists are in treatments, so please be patient whilst we reach a suitable stage to let you in.

Out of courtesy to clients being treated and to maintain the ambience of The Beauty Haven, we do request that all noise is kept to a minimum, and mobile phones are switched off during your visit to us.

We understand that sometimes appointments cannot be attended, but as a courtesy to our therapists and other clients please give us the following notice: 24 Hours for appointments under 2 Hours. 48 Hours for Beauty Haven packages and appointments over 2 hours.

Please take note of our cancellation policy. Late cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total price of the booked treatment(s). If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount. If you need to cancel outside of our salon opening hours, please send a text to 07906899517 to give us as much notice as possible. If you cancel a gift voucher payment without providing the minimum notice period, cancellation charges will apply. However, you can transfer the date within 48 hours’ notice. Please note that refunds returned will incur a transaction fee.

Parking is on street (Allandale Rd/Francis Street) with a 3 hour FREE stay. Should you be booked in for longer than 3 hours then we recommend using a residential side street with only a short walk to the salon. Please allow time within your journey for parking, certain times of the day can be busy and you may have to circle once or twice before a space becomes available.
